Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Held™ Planner. But if it isn't the right fit for you, we understand.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your planner must be unused, unwritten in and in its original condition, with the original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at lisa@crownedandcalled.co before sending your item back. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning it. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your planner is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue when possible. 

2027 Held™ Planner Preorders

The Held™ Planner 2027 Edition is currently being offered for preorder. By placing a preorder you understand that your planner is not ready for immediate shipment and will ship once production is complete and inventory is received.

Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production, freight, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updates with our customers.

Preorder Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund before your order enters fulfillment process. Once your order has begun processing for shipment it can no longer be canceled, but it may be returned after delivery according to the return policy above. 

A Little Grace

Held in the Middle was created with purpose, and we don't believe a perfectly usable planner should go to waste. Returned planners that remain unused may be resold offered as a clearly identified "Perfectly Imperfect" item when appropriate or donated to a woman who could use one.
